Support Systems are Critical

In this fast moving world, one is bound to run into problems, I mean Loads of problems everyday. I did quite a few weeks back, when this site simply crashed. It was my host's fault. I am on DreamHost and although every single thing of their's rocks, their Technical Support System sucks, primarily because they take over a day to reply to your problems. And till then the site is down, sulking. The same is the case with the Google services. They many a times take more than 2 days to reply to your problems and queries. What do you people have to say on this?
