New Default Theme

I just found this new theme named DF_Hardwired and fell in love with it. We have thus unanimously decided to implement it immediately as our default theme. Would love to see the response to this theme.

Certain changes have been made to the theme.

1. A New Logo is in place.
2. Nice Clean images have been put in place of images with white borders on their edges which in my opinion looked horrible.
3. The applaud and smite button for Karma was the other way round. Has now been corrected.

Have a Blast using this great theme.

Thanks and it is good to see that people are liking it. I put it up thinking the same besides the fact that I personally loved it. Hunt also complemented the theme, he did not post it here however, conveyed that to me personally.

Besides I went hunting for more images today and found some great ones. If you might have noticed I hadn't been able to find images for the 'User Menu' Block and 'Who is Where?' Block. Found some clean images, did the editing work with the files and have put it up there. Hope you all like it!

Really good theme it is....is certainly one of the best radopod has....changed my personal theme to default as soon as I saw it...am absolutely in love with it.

actually i am new to radopod can anyone please tell me whats so special about this theme?

Tough to explain it to a newbie. The sheer amount of graphic that have gone into this theme are self explanatory for themselves. Have a look at the other themes that we have had here and that will tell you why I including others are all in praise of this website.

And anyways we are far better than Chirkut(Orkut), who everybody seems to be heading today. And we are happy with this. Hope that explains your question!

There is a default theme called Cardinal. It is simple yet elegant. The reasons of removing the earlier one will be posted here soon.

Also as you might have noticed the User's preferences have been over ridden and a common default theme has been implemented. We have done this with a reason in mind as we will be pulling down a few incompatible themes. So please bear with us till the process is completely over.

I have pulled it down for the time being. Which theme are you talking about? All the members as of now are using PH2 theme and not the new default theme named Cardinal. A bit of CSS work is left. Will make it default once that is done.
